Vincent Oladotun Adegbotolu. “Fellow CEng-CMarEng”

MD/CEO – DWC [Global Operations, Training & Business Development]

Vincent is a British born Nigerian who obtained a BSc in Petroleum Engineering in 1996 and an MSc in Offshore Engineering oil & gas from the Robert Gordon University, with specialization in Subsea technology.

Having founded deepwater concession Ltd a couple of years ago, he has now been joined by seasoned and tested directors and partners. Vincent has within his portfolio positions like the Subsea & pipeline engineering team leader / delegated manager with the overal responsibility for all Totals UK Northsea subsea and pipeline assets.

He was a previous subsea team leader with Marathon Oil Corporation where he handled similar responsibilities as above and also offering technical support to various Marathon oil global projects, notably Alvheim and Volund subsea project in Norway.

Vincent has worked with several IOCs including Shell and major subsea contractors like, ABB Vetco Gray UK, Expro Group UK and AkerKverner, where he was the in-Country Site Inspection Test Manager in Alexandra, Egypt for all AkerKverner supplied subsea units to the country. He had also worked on projects in the UK, Norway, Holland, Denmark,Singapore, Baku, Nigeria, Angola, Corte De Voir, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, South Africa and Egypt. He has been part of several developments in the North sea.

He brings with him over 19 years of Oil and Gas industry experience on various aspects of the Upstream sector,16 of which has been extensive in all facets of subsea engineering operations management and the management of deep/ultra deep and shallow water projects. He is an Engineering fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology.

Edosa Akioya

Director – DWC [Marginal Field Developments/Well Engineering Operations]

Edosa Akioya is a Consultant Senior Project Drilling Engineer with over 14 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He started his career in Warri Nigeria with Schlumberger as a Well Services Engineer, where he was involved with swamp and land based projects in the Niger Delta region. He then moved on to Schlumberger Drilling & Measurements and continued in his career as a Senior Drilling Services Engineer.

As a Senior Drilling Services Engineer, he was engaged with several shelf and deep water projects in Nigeria with ExxonMobil, Chevron, Addax Petroleum, and Total. He joined Chevron in 2005 as a Drilling Engineer, and has been involved in several field development projects offshore Escravos, Nigeria and in the North Sea, United Kingdom.

He brings a wealth of experience in field development planning (land, swamp and deepwater), project management, drilling engineering and training to the team.

Edosa holds a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London, UK. He is a member of the Energy Institute United Kingdom and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Janet Abisola Adegbotolu (Msc)

Over 9 yrs experience in offshore environmental legislation with particular specialisations in HPHT field operations. A former employee of Shell UK and MI-Drilling fluids, she brings with her quality  management skills.  Having worked closely with the UK Environmental regulators (DECC),her skill set also also covers environmental policy formation, regulation drafting, compliance monitoring and enforcement.

Chukwuemeka Iroakazi

Subsea Systems and Controls Engineer

With over 19 years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Emeka has developed into a specialist in susbea systems with detailed knowledge of systems field network comprising of the Master Control station opertion and subsea trouble shooting on SEM 2000, Lynx 2000, SMAC’s systems and ICon SCU Systems.

His knwoledge base also covers the integration of Topside Hydraulic Power Units, intelligent umbilical termination systems, Subsea distribution Units and operations support. Emeka recently completed a full field subsea systems survey for AGIP Nigeria and also supports ad-hoc subsea related small scopes.

Segun Ajose (MSc)

Subsea QA/QC Engineer

Segun studied at the Robert Gordon University Scotland and has an Msc. He has worked on many subsea systems in the past 2 years ranging from Control modules, to Xmas tree’s and Manifolds. He is presently on ground in Nigeria executing various deepwater scopes on behalf of the company.

He recently completed a range of failure route cause investigation of Subsea Control Modules and Hydraulic flying Leads for one of our major clients in Nigeria and is currently offshore on the ABO FPSO carrying out a subsea systems field survey and anomaly’s investigation scope of work. He has vast experience in on a complex subsea production systems QAQC for our clients. He also just resently concluded a scope of work on SNEPCo’s Production Manifold 4 Pigging Isolation Systems.

Kola Adefihan (Msc)

Project and Site Integration Test Engineer

Kola is well schooled and versatile with working on various subsea projects, he  has been deployed as client representative to numerous subsea integration test sites and also covers offshore deployment of tested units.

He has been an integral part of deep water concession and has overseen client inspection of HFL’s and Umbilicals at Duco, Oceaneering and NKT. Kola also coordinates clients training activities and has covered courses to the likes of NAPIMS, NPDC, Marine Platform, PDI etc.

Frank Omololu (Msc)

Project and Subsea Engineer

Frank has also covered various subsea projects and has been involved with commissioning activities. He is well versatile with the interfaces for subsea developments and has in-depth knowledge of SPS. Frank currently rotates out of subsea vendors workshops on behalf of our clients acting as client representatives for new and refurbished builds.

Amaka Nzewi (MBA)

Amaka has worked with  a few operator holding similar positions and brings with her  a good understanding of contract negotiation, human resource management, and compliance supervision

Ejiroghene Imonieroh (Msc)

Systems integration Project Engineer

Ejiro is a subsea systems engineer and has worked on various DCS –MCS Interfaces. He is very conversant with the systems. Knowledge of industrial controls (DCS, PLC, EMS, PMS, SCADA). He just completed a major scope of work for SNEPCo on the productuion Manifold 4 Pigging Isolation loop systems.

Bode Fatogun (Msc)

Project Engineer

Bode is a project engineer covering short term projects requiring closing out. He has also been deployed in some instances as a client support engineer witnessing equipment testing.
